Countdown to Giant Squid-dom

Forty four more days. That’s the count for the deadline to become a Giant Squid on Squidoo. Becoming a Giant Squid has been a dream and a goal of mine ever since the Giants were introduced a year ago.

If you don’t know about Squidoo, you should. It is a passion of mine, and an excellent Web 2.0 resource for info, if you’re searching for something specific. If you have a passion about something, it’s an excellent outlet for sharing your knowledge. And if you have a desire to make money online (either for yourself or for charity) it’s an excellent place to do that too.

I’ve been a Squidoo lensmaster (webmaster) almost since the site’s inception in 2005. Still, I’ve never quite had the time to come up with the quantity of true quality lenses it takes to become a giant—until now! I’m at 47 lenses today, and I will undoubtedly make the cut for Giant Squid this time! Forty four more days to go! W00T! I can’t wait to have that Giant Squid badge on my lenses!
